Agency Banking caters for electronic banking agents on both the digital banking platform and the products that involve partnering with other organizations, e.g. Salary and corporate prepaid cards.

• Responsible for managing agents who have products linked to the Bank’s digital platform.
• Supports Information Technology (IT) and Electronic Banking (Operations) from developing to roll-out of a product.
